Overview

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Fishel mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), a lightweight daily capture and journal recording tool designed for personal use. Fishel enables users to capture daily moments by uploading casual photos, attaching personalized text descriptions, saving complete daily logs and viewing archived records at any time. This policy transparently explains how we handle user data generated during your use of the App, clarifies privacy protection rules, and defines the legitimate rights and obligations of all users.

By downloading, installing and using the App’s daily capture and journal functions, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of the App immediately.

1. Age Eligibility & Usage Restriction

This Application is restricted to users aged 18 and older. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, installing or utilizing any functions of Fishel.

The daily photo capture and private journal recording functions of the App are developed for adult users’ personal life record management. We do not provide services to minors, and we will not knowingly collect, store or process any personal data or content belonging to minors. In the event that minor-related data is unintentionally obtained due to system exceptions, we will perform permanent and irreversible deletion immediately upon discovery. You warrant that you hold full legal capacity to use this service.

2. Data Processing Guidelines

Fishel adheres to strict privacy guidelines of user-initiated processing, local storage priority, zero unauthorized collection and non-commercial data usage. All daily shooting and journal editing operations are executed locally on your mobile device. We only process data actively submitted by you to support the core functions of daily record saving and viewing, and never conduct background stealth collection, data tracking or commercial exploitation of your private content.

3. Types of User Data We Process

To maintain the normal operation of daily photo uploading, text journal editing and log viewing functions, the App only processes the following user-generated content and minimal anonymous technical data, without collecting any excessive sensitive personal information:

3.1 User Daily Capture Journal Content

All original content independently created and uploaded by users for daily life recording:

• Daily Casual Photos: Random life photos, daily snapshots and scene pictures uploaded by users for daily record keeping.

• Text Journal Content: User-edited text notes, daily moods, life insights and other descriptive content matched with captured photos.

• Saved Daily Logs: Integrated files combining users’ daily photos and text notes, stored locally for permanent preservation and anytime viewing.

3.2 Anonymous Technical Operation Data

To optimize operational stability and user experience, we anonymously collect non-identifiable technical data including device model, system version, App running logs and crash records. Such data cannot identify individual users and is only used for internal function optimization and bug fixing, with no linkage to your private journal content.

4. Legitimate Purposes for Data Usage

All processed data is solely used for the following necessary service purposes to ensure stable and smooth function operation, with no hidden or expanded usage scope:

• Execute core recording functions: Support local uploading, parsing and saving of daily photos and text journals, realizing permanent storage and free viewing of user daily records.

• Optimize user experience: Improve photo uploading efficiency, text editing stability and log file compatibility through anonymous operation data analysis.

• Maintain service security: Identify abnormal operations and unauthorized access to protect the integrity and security of user private daily logs.

• Handle user inquiries: Respond to user function feedback, privacy consultations and service demands via official email channels.

5. Data Storage & User Control Rights

Fishel adopts a full local data storage mode. All user daily capture photos, text journals and saved log records are exclusively stored on the user’s local mobile device. The App does not have automatic cloud upload, remote synchronization or background backup functions for user private content. No user personal journal data will be transmitted to external servers without explicit user authorization.

Temporary cache generated during photo uploading and journal editing will be automatically cleared after each operation. Users have full and independent control over all personal log content. You may view, edit, sort, export or delete your daily capture logs at any time. Deleted data will be completely and permanently erased with no residual copies and cannot be recovered.

6. Third-Party Data Non-Sharing Policy

Fishel does not sell, trade, rent, share or transfer any user private daily capture content and journal data to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions under any circumstances.

The App’s core daily recording functions are independently developed and operated. No third-party data statistics SDK, behavior tracking tool or external data transmission interface is embedded. User private daily records are strictly confidential. We will only disclose relevant data when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and legal law enforcement procedures.

7. Data Security Protection Measures

We implement local sandbox isolation protection for all user daily capture and journal data. All content editing and saving processes run in an independent secure local environment, effectively preventing data leakage, tampering, loss and illegal access. Strict internal access control is enforced; no platform staff can view, obtain or export user private daily log content in any form, fully protecting user personal privacy and data security.

8. Non-Collection of Sensitive Data

The App’s functional positioning is limited to daily life photo recording and text journal saving. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive information contained in user uploaded photos and text content, including biometric information, geographic location metadata and other private sensitive data. All data processing behaviors are limited to basic recording functions without any excessive sensitive data mining.

9. Cache & User Tracking Rules

The App only uses basic local cache to ensure the fluency of photo uploading and journal editing. We do not adopt tracking Cookies, user behavior analysis tools or third-party monitoring tools to record user usage habits and personal preferences. Users can manually clear App cache through device settings, and this operation will not affect the normal storage and viewing of core daily log data.

10. User Content Compliance Responsibilities

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all photos uploaded and text content edited by themselves. Users undertake not to use this App to create, store or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, false and other non-compliant content that violates national laws and public order and good customs.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service qualification of users who violate compliance regulations and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities.

11. Policy Update & Notification Mechanism

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly in response to product iteration, service optimization and legal requirement changes. The latest policy version will be displayed within the App with a clear update date. Your continued use of the App after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes arising from the use of this service shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent local people's court for resolution.
